This Privacy Policy explains how NP Connect (“we,” “us,” “our”), 7761 W Ryan Rd #202, Franklin, WI 53132, collects, uses and protects your information when you use nickpackard.com and related sites, including picklefarts.com and nickisatool.com (together, the “Site”).
The short version: we collect what we need to help you, fill your order and talk to you. We don’t sell your information. Ever.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Contact information: name, email, phone number and business name when you fill out a form, request a free assessment or contact us.
- Business information: details about your business, marketing and goals that you share for an assessment or project.
- Order information: billing and shipping address and order details when you buy from the Site.
- Payment information: processed directly by our payment provider [WooPayments / Stripe / PayPal]. We never see or store your full card number.
- Email list: your email address, if you sign up for updates.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data: pages visited, time on site, referring site, device and browser type, and general location (city or region), collected through cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Advertising and social tools: if you visit through an ad or social post, tools such as Meta Pixel / LinkedIn Insight Tag may record that visit so we can measure our marketing.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- respond to your questions and requests
- prepare and deliver your free assessment
- process, ship and support your orders
- provide services under any agreement we have with you
- send updates and marketing emails, if you signed up, with an easy way to unsubscribe
- understand how people use the Site so we can improve it
- protect the Site and prevent fraud
- meet legal, tax and accounting requirements
3. How we share your information
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, payment processor, shipping carriers, email platform, analytics provider and accounting tools. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
- Trusted specialists. NP Connect works with a hand-picked team of independent specialists. If your project or assessment requires their help, we share only what they need, and they’re required to keep it confidential.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
- Business changes: if NP Connect is ever sold or merged, your information may transfer as part of that business, under this same policy.
4. Cookies
Cookies are small files that help the Site work, such as keeping items in your cart, and help us understand traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site, like checkout, may not work properly without them.
5. Your choices
- Emails: unsubscribe anytime using the link in any marketing email. We’ll still send order and service messages when needed.
- Analytics: you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and adjust ad settings in your Google, Meta and LinkedIn accounts.
- Your information: you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing nick@nickpackard.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time, and may need to keep some records for legal or accounting reasons, such as order history.
6. Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including secure (SSL) connections and trusted payment processors. No system is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Site is meant for adults and businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
9. Third-party links
The Site links to other websites, such as Amazon, other retailers and social media. We’re not responsible for their privacy practices, so check their policies.
10. State privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, such as access, correction, deletion or opting out of certain data uses. To make a request, email nick@nickpackard.com. We won’t treat you differently for exercising your rights.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version, and changes apply from the date they’re posted.
