The first step is to get to know each other. This is an exclusive community and I want to make sure it is a good fit for you and my clients.
On average, freelancers within the collective have been with me for 3 years and work on about 10-15 projects per year. As part of the collective you define your rate and can work on the projects that you want to. No contracts, no hassles.
As the Fractional CMO for my clients I will create recommendations for what freelancers to use for each client based on the freelancers availability, rate and skill set.
