Yes it’s another acronym from a marketing guy. A fractional Chief Marketing Officer means a different things for different clients.

For smaller businesses it could mean having an outsourced marketing department that manages all of their projects. For larger corporations it could mean someone to define strategy and build processes for an existing team.

Either way it is a low risk, high reward solution to getting your marketing initiatives done. With no long term commitment, and an experienced veteran running the show, your business will truly benefit.

Another. Loaded. Question.

The answer is really based on two main factors. Your budget, and your team. If your budget is low then a drop and drag platform like Pagecloud or Wix may be a good starting point. If you have some budget room and want something nicer looking with more functionality I would strongly suggest WordPress.

For my eCommerce people Shopify is a great solution for starting off, and Magento2 is really nice for the advanced users.

Most of the projects and client work lasts around 9 months. That is sufficient time to learn the business and build a strong ecosystem and then train (or hire) internal resources to run the system.

Yes! I offer 3 different ways to work with me at no cost so you can get to know me better.

On the marketing side I offer a Free Ecosystem Assessment. This is a 360 review of your digital ecosystem. I will create a detailed report on things like your website, social media, search and competitive landscape. The report will include recommendations on how to improve in each area. It will in essence create a roadmap of how we can work together.

This is impossible to answer but I will give ranges based on type of website.

Basic marketing sites for small businesses, with limited functionality that look really high end will range from $3,000 – $7,000

More enhanced Marketing sites with some integrations and more than 3 pages you can expect to spend between $6,000 – $15,000.

eCommerce and large global sites you should budget between $20,000 – $50,000 upfront as well as a monthly management fee.

There are a ton of variables when talking about website costs, so please reach out so we can talk specifics to get you a more accurate estimate.
