How I work with Clients on websites:

I am not a web developer but I can build your website using a theme as a base and then customizing it to your needs. Based on your internal capability I can complete some or all of the project and am happy to act as a project manager to use internal and external resources to make you an affordable website. Before I get started on any website project I will first work with you to define the strategy (how your website makes you money), then we talk through design and content options. Typically my clients scale up their website overtime to spread-out the costs and make it incrementally better. That process starts with a facelift and then strategic updates are made based on revenue generating pages and functionality. No two clients are the same, and I treat each one as unique as their business.

What platforms do I work with?

I am website CMS agnostic (I work with them all), and will help guide you on the platform that is right for you, your team and your business. (and your budget!) Need a template site quickly? I can help with that. Need a custom eCommerce solution? I can do that. I also have a robust network of developers and creatives that you can tap into to lower your costs or speed up your deliverables. Think of me as your Digital Marketing General Contractor.

What is your experience level with building websites?

I have built over 65 websites in a number of industries and for both B2B and B2C clients. This includes a template site that needed to be built in a day for a contractor, A global manufacturing site with custom portal, and custom a eCommerce site for a $300MM CPG company. I have also worked on Amazon and other web based platforms. If I can’t do it, I will connect you with someone in my network that can.
